Your Ford Story

We love Ford, Mercury and Lincoln cars and trucks.  We are a family focused effort to create a portal to connect you with folks like you and us.  We are a resource for you to research and find those, like you, who have a passion to drive, restore and proudly show off our treasures. 

 

We want you to share your stories with us so that we can build a showcase of tributes to the cars and trucks and their families who consider them heirlooms filled with memories and experiences.  We want to be part of your journey to create new family memories as you build, restore and share your dream.

You may have wondered why we have a picture of an Evergreen Forest on the home page of a site dedicated to Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Automotive Vehicles.  The Evergreen Forest artwork  reminded me of my first muscle car, a 1969 Ford Sportsroof Mustang with an Emerald Jade painted exterior.  A close friend had named my mustang, "Sweet Evergreen." 

 

Incredible memories of my older brother and I restoring that 1969 in my father's home garage.  Needless to say, my father was not thrilled for how long it took to complete the restoration.  But once complete, my father enjoyed driving it... even taking it to his place of employment wearing his suit, tie and top hat.  I wished to this day that I would have taken a picture of him driving off.

My older brother, who helped to restore my mustang, had owned his share of Ford Muscle through the years, including a 1970 Cobra Torino with a Shaker Hood Scoop and Hurst 4 speed, 1970 Mustang Mach I, a Mercury Montego and Mercury Cougar.  Great memories, to say the least.
